OLIVER ROLOFS, M.A. is the founder and managing partner of the Munich-based communications and strategy consultancy COMMVISORY.

As a security and communication expert he looks back on a longstanding career in politics, business, defense, international conference organization and strategy consulting for political decision makers and business leaders.

Before founding COMMVISORY, he worked as managing partner of the strategy consultancy connecting trust and previously as press spokesperson for the global consulting firm Roland Berger. Earlier he was the longstanding head of communications for the Munich Security Conference (MSC) where he also established the cybersecurity and energy security programs. Previously he worked as a head of a parliamentary office in the European Parliament and and as an advisor to a member of the German Bundestag.

In addition, he is director of the Vienna based Austrian Institute for Strategic Studies and International Cooperation (AISSIC). Oliver is also co-founder of the annual Munich Cyber Security Conference (MCSC), a routinely moderator of events and publishes regularly on geostrategic and security related issues.

In addition to that he serves as a reserve officer in the German Army and holds the rank of a lieutenant colonel (Res.). In this capacity he completed several assignments as a press officer in the NATO and EU peace missions in former Yugoslavia.

Oliver studied political science, international law, peace and conflict studies as well as sociology. He graduated with a master’s degree from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

GIULIA RÖDER  works as a Research Consultant for COMMVISORY. She performs targeted research and conduct studies on topics in our specialized fields. Before joining COMMVISORY, Giulia had gained experience in the fields of marketing and communications at companies and institutions such as Territory, Allianz Deutschland and the German Bundestag.

Giulia holds a B.A. degree in Romance Language and Cultural Studies combined with economics. During her studies, she spent a year abroad in Paris at the Paris Descartes University. She is currently completing her Master degree at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU).

GILA ROLOFS works as Junior Consultant for COMMVISORY.

She performs targeted research, conducts studies, and actively contributes to consulting projects within COMMVISORY’s specialized fields. Prior to joining COMMVISORY, Gila gained valuable experience in event management and communications at the Friedrich-Naumann Foundation. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and spent a semester at Panteion University in Athens, where she deepened her knowledge in comparative politics, autocracy research, and gender studies. Gila completed her master’s degree at Leibniz University Hannover.

DR. HOLGER BINGMANN is Partner of COMMVISORY.
For many years he has held leading positions in industry and associations. After he sold his major business, MELO Group in Munich, a leading business in press wholesale and logistics, he invested in education, critical raw materials and strategic consulting. Since May 2020 Holger Bingmann is Partner of Strategic minds in Berlin and Managing Partner of thinking arabian, Berlin. He is also President of the German Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris) And vice president of its worldwide organisation, former member of the Board of Directors of KfW (Frankfurt/Berlin), among others, the German Federal Association of Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services (BGA), the German Employers’ Association (BDA). Holger Bingmann is shareholder of Nexing Holding, advisory board member of several companies and founder and owner of the Digital Business University, Berlin and the KnowH2O platform. He is also member of the Advisory Board of, among others, Commerzbank (Frankfurt).

DR. PHILIPP HILDMANN is a Senior Advisor at COMMVISORY. He has over twenty years of national and international experience as a political consultant. 

His special focus is on strategy development and communication, political policy issues and ethical policy advice. He is a recognized expert on intercultural and interreligious dialogue with a focus on the Middle East and the implications of these issues for social cohesion in Germany. 

He is currently the managing director of a wide-ranging network for countering extremism with over one hundred member organizations from the state, civil society and religious communities. 

Philipp studied theology and literature in Germany and Switzerland and holds a doctorate in philosophy. He is a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and holds numerous mandates on advisory boards, commissions and boards of trustees.

SANDRA BÖCKELER is an Associate Partner of COMMVISORY and marketing expert. Sie has spent over 20 years working on brand identities on the agency, media and corporate side. As marketing director for renowned brands such as AD Architectural Digest and Porzellan Manufaktur Nymphenburg, she directed complex content at particularly demanding target groups. With WORKS, she makes her know-how available for personalities and individual positioning. Because, she is convinced, brands are personalities and personalities are brands. Sandra Böckeler supports Commvisory as a marketing generalist with 360-degree thinking and her ability to think from the target group’s perspective. She gives ideas a concept and content the right tone. She designs, networks and creates valuable symbioses whilst enjoying working at interfaces with design, culture and lifestyle topics such as travel, pleasure or sport.

VIENNA

PROFESSOR ROLAND SCHLESINGER is an Associate Partner of COMMVISORY and experienced professional in public health, infectious diseases and vaccine delivery, and technology transfer. He is the Head of Knowledge and Technology Transfer and a Board Member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Crisis Management and Disaster Medicine (ICDM) at the Medical Faculty of the Sigmund Freud Private University (SFU) in Vienna. Roland contributes actively to shape the faculty’s strategic vision, which includes interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhancing its international presence. As a trusted advisor to governments, organizations and industries, Professor Schlesinger provides his expertise to the development and management of research facilities, risk management, policy implementation in healthcare and health technology assessments. His leadership experience encompasses senior roles in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. As a co-founder of the Austrian Institute for Strategic Studies and International Cooperation, he supports the design of policy frameworks related to dual-use challenges and health diplomacy. His contributions to industrial drug discovery and dual-use policies underscore his ability of translating scientific advancements into practices that make a difference.

Before working as a consultant, Viona held management positions at Willy Bogner, ESCADA and EM.TV & Merchandising AG (today: Constantin Medien AG) where she was responsible for IR and Corporate Communications. She has also been active as Supervisory Board member since 2014 and serves as member of the advisory board of Management Alliance GmbH (certified course provider of Deutsche Börse for the "Qualified Supervisory Board" examination) with a consulting focus on IR, Capital Markets, Communication, Governance & Compliance. ANTONIA DALK works as a Research Consultant for COMMVISORY.

She conducts targeted research and studies on topics in our areas of expertise and contributes to the writing of presentations, speeches and press articles. Before joining COMMVISORY, Antonia had gained experience before working for a non-profit organization in the field of communication.Antonia holds a B.A. degree in German Lingustics and Protestant Theology. Currently, she is completing her Masters Degree in Linguistics at Freie Universität and Humboldt-Universität in Berlin.

ANNA EICHHORN is Partner of COMMVISORY.
For 25 years she has been working in politics and business. She has been senior consultant to members of the German Bundestag in Bonn and Berlin with focus on defense, security, development aid, digitisation, artificial intelligence and international policy. Furthermore, she has been senior consultant in a leading public affairs agency in Berlin with specialization on defence and security policy with focus on stakeholder management and event management. She was head of program of the “Celler Trialog”, a two-day national forum of representatives from politics, business and the German Armed Forces with international guests pursuing the aim of strengthening the networking of German security policy. Anna is furthermore a member of the supervisory board of a pharmaceutical company and an expert in health security related issues. Anna studied political science, business administration and English in Bonn and Ottawa and holds a master’s degree from the University of Bonn. Anna's partnership has been suspended until further notice due to her new role as Personal Counsellor to the German Parliamentary Commissioner for the Armed Forces.
